In a civil law dispute at the Frankfurt am Main Regional Court, Ref.: 2-10 O89/22, the opposing party (plaintiff) sued for a claim under contract law, which, together with interest and legal fees, represented a mid-five-digit euro amount.

The case was successful for our side! Following a court notification, the parties in May 2024 reached a settlement: the plaintiff receives nothing and also pays the other side a four-digit euro amount.
